No accounts
There are no accounts. You never create a login or a password, and I never ask you to. Your assessment is saved in your own browser, and your finished report lives at a private link that only you receive.
What gets collected
Your assessment answers (panel rating, square footage, appliances, EV), panel photos if you upload them, and your email address only if you ask for your report by email. If you use the panel intake form, the contact details and photos you submit there come to me by email so I can run your load calculation personally.
What does not get collected
Card data. Payment is processed by Stripe; ChargeRight never sees the card. No passwords either, because there are no accounts.
Panel photos
Panel photos sometimes capture more than the panel: utility labels, your garage. I use them only to analyze your panel, never for advertising, and delete them on request.
Photos are sent to Google Gemini to read your panel. They are also stored privately in my Supabase file storage, which is what lets your report show you the panel I actually read, including through your share link on another device. Nobody can read that storage but my server. Your photos are kept as long as your report is: about 7 days, then deleted automatically.
The copy of your report in my database never contains the image itself. The photo bytes are stripped out before it syncs.
Who sees it
ChargeRight itself, plus the processors that make the product work: Stripe (payment), Google Gemini (panel photo analysis), Supabase (report storage, so your share link works), Vercel (hosting and cookie-free page analytics), and Resend (email delivery when you ask for your report or use the intake form). No data brokers, no ad networks. Your data is never sold.
How long it is kept
Short, on purpose. Your report and your panel photos are held about 7 days so you can come back and download them, and are then deleted automatically. Download your report when you get it: the PDF you save is your permanent copy, and after the window your share link stops working.
I do not sell your data, and I never have. There are no data brokers and no ad networks in this product.
You do not have to wait for the window. Ask me to delete your photos, or everything, at any time: [email protected] or [email protected]. Deletion on request is done within 30 days.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and a copy of your data on request. GDPR and CCPA rights honored, and honored for everyone: you do not have to work out which law covers you.
How to ask
Email [email protected] or [email protected] with "privacy request" in the subject and the action you want. Requests are handled within 30 days.
