# ChargeRight > ChargeRight is a $12.99 online EV-charger panel assessment built by a Master Electrician. It runs the NEC Article 220 optional load calculations on a home's existing electrical panel and tells the homeowner, plainly, whether the panel has room for the EV charger their car needs, or whether an upgrade is genuinely justified. No service call, no upsell. Built and operated by Jason Walls, a Master Electrician (EVITP certified). The assessment is an online tool, available to homeowners across the United States. Jason knows the Louisville, Kentucky metro and Southern Indiana (Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville) firsthand, including the local code climate and what charger installs actually run there.
